I am the firm's founding member with over 40 years of civil trial and appellate experience in both state and federal courts. My practice emphasizes real estate related issues, the representation of title companies, financial institutions, including commercial and real property transactions, workouts, collections, and creditors remedies, secured transactions, and representation in a broad spectrum of litigation, including litigation related to wills, estates and trusts. I have successfully represented numerous title companies, corporations, businesses, and financial institutions in lender/ borrower disputes, bankruptcy matters, title issues, real property issues and transactions, complex litigation, and class actions. I was admitted to the California Bar in 1966.
